Due to the complexity and variations of marketing initiatives and special projects, prices are not quoted on an hourly basis, instead on a project basis. We will be more than happy to work with you to tailor a package to aid you in reaching, and exceeding!, your core objectives.

- All payments are to be made through our online payment systems ONLY.
- For hourly clients a minimum of 2 hours is required to begin a project, after which you will be billed in 15-minute increments. This minimum is payable prior to preparing the service agreement, with the balance due prior to final copy being released to client.
- If you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money in full.
- Additional costs including but not limited to long distance, postage, couriers and copying are the responsibility of the client and will be added to the final invoice.
- Unused hours in the 2-hour tester or 5, 10 and 20-hour packages are non-refundable and cancelled out at the end of the month.
- Any unused hours in the 40 hour prepaid packages are non-refundable, however may be transferred over to the next month. If they remain unused at the end of the carry-over month, they will be cancelled out.
- Scratchpad Secretaries will send email notifications of hours remaining in packages.
- Hours of operation are 9am - 6pm (PDT) Monday to Friday. Any hours requested outside of this are charged the Rush rate.
